🍵Teas for Skin
Black Tea - Black tea is anti-inflammatory and full of antioxidants. It’s a great anti-aging ingredient.
Chamomile Tea - Chamomile tea helps you sleep which in turn helps your skin. It can help reduce puffiness when applied to your eye area. It contains antioxidants and is good for red irritated skin. It also helps protect your skin from damage from the sun.
Dandelion Tea - Cichoric acid breaks down hyaluronic acid. It stops free radicals from damaging collagen. The dandelion is a good cleanser. It has antioxidants which can help get rid of acne. Dandelion is great for facial steams and cleansing. It is useful as a moisturizer for all skin types. Dandelion is also good for eczema.
Ginger Tea - Is anti-inflammatory.
Jasmine Tea - Jasmine tea is antibacterial and contains antioxidants. It is helpful for eczema and wounds and people drink it for its anti-aging properties.
Green Tea - Green tea contains polyphenols which are anti-aging and protect against inflammation caused by sun damage.
Matcha Green Tea - It is anti-inflammatory and contains antioxidants, chlorophyll, and catechins. These ingredients help fight free radical damage, bacterial infections, and cellular oxidative damage.
Oolong Tea - Oolong tea has benefits from both black and green teas. It can help reduce dark spots and may help sun damage.
Peppermint Tea - Peppermint tea contains antioxidants and inhibits bacteria. It helps get rid of dead skin cells, slows oil production, helps treat eczema and dermatitis. It is an anti-aging ingredient that gives you a glowing complexion.
Rooibos Tea - It is anti-inflammatory and contains flavonoids and antioxidants. It is good for eczema and helps to brighten and even the complexion.
Rose Tea - Rose tea has many benefits for the skin including reducing inflammation and fighting the signs of aging. It is anti-inflammatory so it helps eczema, rosacea and other skin conditions, and contains antioxidants. Rose tea is moisturizing for the skin and can help boost collagen production and fight off free radicals. It can be used to treat acne and other skin conditions.
White Tea - White tea contains more antioxidants than green tea. It also has the highest content of catechin which is a flavonoid. White tea may help stop collagen and elastin from breaking down.
